Bookings

All appointments require a valid card on file. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 50% fee.

Memberships auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time after the initial 3-month commitment.

Gift cards are non-refundable, transferable, and do not expire.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for full refund. Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Please disclose any allergies or medical conditions at booking. The Maison is not liable for issues that result from undisclosed conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
